Shipping & Returns

We currently only ship in the US and Canada.

For standard shipping in the US, we offer a flat rate of $4.50 via USPS First Class Mail, which takes around 5-7 business days.

For express shipping in the US, we offer a flat rate of $9.50 via USPS Priority Mail, which takes around 3-5 business days.

For international standard shipping, we offer a flat rate of $12.99 via USPS International Mail, which takes around 7-10 business days.

All orders are final sale, which means no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Cancellations may only be made up to 24 hours after placement and prior to shipment of order.

Please note the following exceptions to our refund policy:

  • We do not refund late shipments for Standard Shipping, but we do refund the shipping cost for Express Shipping late shipments

  • Refunded orders are viewed on a case-by-case basis

  2. Send a photo + description of issues with product

  3. Follow instruction upon review

Additional Information:

  • In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Aelunis does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with (USPS).
